Feed. Educate. Here are the two initial concepts guiding all our actions. For us, one does not go without the other. At the forefront, feeding people in need is just as essential as promoting culinary education in order to develop food autonomy.
It is therefore in this spirit that we are mobilizing the necessary resources, both human, material and financial. Solidarity is without a doubt one of the values that guide us; indeed, it is essential for us to show humanity and mutual aid in our actions, but also in making our decisions. In this sense, sharing is also at the center of our initiatives and all the ideas that drive us; sharing of
resources, sharing a meal, but also sharing knowledge achieves autonomy. Our commitment goes well beyond that which we have towards this cause which inspires us; it also guides the way we interact with our partners and employees, but also with the beneficiaries of our programs. Inventiveness and creativity are essential in the pursuit of our mission while respecting the changing and evolving needs which we wish to meet. With integrity, and in respecting all of these

As spokesperson for La Tablée des Chefs, I have been a privileged witness to young people who have been guided and nurtured by learning the basics of cooking and healthy eating. Over the years, the most beautiful thing I have seen is that by getting involved, learning basic techniques and sharing their culinary knowledge, young people discover that it is not only their hunger that they can satisfy around the table, they can actually help change the world.
